What we do - Hardwood Products Direct markets hardwood garden furniture products and other hardwood products and supplies, directly from our factory in Malaysia. As we are a bulk supplier, our minimum quantity is usually one container of products. We can supply containers of either sets of garden furniture or individual products. We can also supply mixed load containers.

Manufacturing - Our factory manufactures to customer's orders prior to the start of each season. Each season we have a range of special competitively priced products. Our products are manufactured from selected hardwoods, legally sourced from Malaysian forests. Products to customers designs can also be manufactured by arrangement. Please contact sales.

Materials - Our range of garden furniture is manufactured from Malaysian Meranti hardwood, as we find that this wood provides a durable product at an affordable price. Meranti is an abundant timber which grows quickly. Locally it is widely used in construction rather like we use Pine. The natural colour of the timber varies widely from pale yellow to dark red. To give an even colouring to the finishwe use a chestnut colouring. The wood grain is similar to Mahogany and machines well for a good finish. Our timber at the factory is fully documented, which is regularly audited by both government and non-governmental organisations to verify that the requirements of the MTTC, WWF/GFTN & MFTN, and FSC as appropriate. The product range can also be manufactured in other Malaysian hardwoods to special order - please contact us if you would like a quotation.

Quality Control - At all stages of manufacture there is strict quality control over materials and manufacturing processes to ensure quality products. Our reputation depends on our customers assurance of good quality

Invitation - Buyers are welcome to visit our factory at anytime by appointment.

Packaging - All of our products are packaged in cardboard cartons as flat-packs. These are printed to customers specifications and include assembly & care instructions. Container loading is without pallets to maximise the packing factor. Containers can be 20' GP or 40' HC.

Payment - Payment may be in Pounds(£), Euros(€) or US Dollars($).

Delivery - As our products are supplied direct from the factory all of our prices are FOB or CIF. For smaller quantities we can amalgamate loads and arrange shipping & importation on your behalf. Please contact our sales department for a quotation if you require this service.
